Expand the spark of human life by moving the survival curve up and to the right.

Aescle exists to help humans live longer, better lives. We believe life is precious and should be lived to the fullest.

How

Understand. Act. Compound.

Life is short, and life is long, just not in that order. No one is coming to save us, and it is up to ourselves to make the most of our brief lives. Human life is fragile; any number of things from heart disease and cancer to everyday accidents can kill us. At the same time, human life has so much potential, is limitless. Think of all one can accomplish, experience, feel in a lifetime, let alone a day.

We believe we have agency in living long and great lives, and it simply comes down to comprehension and action repeated sustainably over time. Here, ignorance is not bliss; we must know what will kill us and what's holding us back. Then, we need to focus our limited resources on the most impactful actions. Finally, we need to act durably and allow the benefits to accrue over time.

Grasp reality, act where it matters, and live a long and great life.

Principles

Make data helpful

Quantifying our bodies and lives can help or hurt. Ignorance is not bliss - we must know what we're facing - yet obsessing over noisy numbers isn't the answer either. Aescle sifts the signal from the noise to derive real benefit from your data.

Grounded in real science

No fleeting fads here. And unless your fundamentals are rock solid, there's no point in experimenting along the fringe. Nail down the basics first where results are proven.

Ruthlessly prioritize

Your time is limited. There's no time for things that don't matter. While we're not perfectly efficient machines or always right where we place bets, that doesn't preclude us from focusing to the best of our ability.

Life is to be lived

Longevity and performance in and of themselves are not the goal. There is no point in living forever if you forego life itself. Living long presumes living; don't allow the means to obscure the end.
